The Kuduzela versus the Vuvuzela

What can be more African than a combination of one of its most popular animals and one of its most well-known musical instruments? The "kuduzela" is a mixture of ancient tradition, traditional conservation and modern manufacturing - a musical instrument in the form of a kudu horn. The design is a harmonious blend between original kudu horns and South African entrepreneurial spirit.

The kuduzela, up close and solitary sounds like a trumpeting elephant.
"The kuduzela will call all South Africans, international guests and soccer fans to SA for what is set to be a spectacular tournament in 2010...", said LOC Chairman Danny Jordan.
